Actually works better than the U shape one cuz everybody has different preferences towards pillow and the pillow case material matters a lot to the facial skin and hair quality, cant do U shape pillow, thus one works better because it gives more support compared than full U shape pillow as well on the back to keep sleeping on the left side more during night. But pls design some better cooling material pillow case for summer use. This one still hot in summer.

I got this early on in my pregnancy. Maybe closer to the 1.5 to 2 month mark. Honestly, now that my baby girl is closer to 3 months and this pillow is stashed in a closet, I kinda miss it. My husband fantasized about trashing it but this pillow is the sole reason why I was able to sleep comfortably throughout my pregnancy. Absolutely worth it.
